Former Sal’s NBL MVP and current Tall Black Tom Vodanovich has put pen to paper on a new deal with the Auckland Tuatara for 2025.
Vodanovich, who is currently playing with the South East Melbourne Phoenix in the Australian NBL, spent last season with the Tuatara, helping them reach a third straight grand final.
He joins fellow former MVP Rob Loe on the 2025 roster.
“I’m stoked to be back with the Tuatara for another season,” Vodanovich said.
“I really enjoyed my time with the side last season and was keen to come back again and try and go one better and get that championship.
“I’m confident in what Cam and the organisation is putting together and think we will be a formidable force again next season.”
The power forward forms a devastating one-two front court with Loe – a two-time reigning Defensive Player of the Year.
“Tom had a terrific season with us in 2024 and we were very keen to secure him for another season,” said Tuatara GM Dale Budge.
“With the signing of Rob and Tom I feel confident we will have a team capable of winning the League this season.”
