Sharp-shooter Chris McIntosh returns

Foundation Auckland Tuatara player Chris McIntosh has confirmed he will return to the franchise for a fourth season in 2025.

The sharp-shooting guard has been a regular in the Tuatara line-up since they entered the Sal’s NBL in 2022 and is set to bring up 50 games for the club this year.

The 3X3 Tall Blacks representative provides a genuine threat beyond the arc for coach Cam Gliddon while McIntosh looks set to anchor the club’s Sky Broadband Rapid League line-up again.

“C-Mac is a popular player within our group, helping set the standards and driving culture,” said Gliddon.

“He is a terrific shooter, and I want him to back his talent more this season and hope to see him take on a larger role.

“He also provides a scoring boost and leadership for our Rapid League side.”

McIntosh joins a Tuatara roster that includes former MVPs Rob Loe and Tom Vodanovich, Tall Black Dan Fotu, imports Will Hickey, Buay Tuach and Charles Pride as well as local stars like Dylan Wilkie, Nick Barrow and Josh Wyllie.
