The Auckland Tuatara improved to 8-2 with a convincing 110-72 win over the Manawatu Jets at Eventfinda Stadium on Saturday night.
The home side were cooking from the get-go in front of another sell-out crowd.
They won each quarter of the game and made it six victories on the bounce.
Corey Webster paced the Tuatara all night in another outstanding showing from the veteran guard. He poured in 29 points, 13 assists, five rebounds, three steals and two blocks in a superb game.
Rob Loe added 22 points and seven boards while Charlie Dalton impressed off the bench with 16 points, two assists and three steals to really make an impact.
The Tuatara have a double-header road trip next week when they face the Otago Nuggets in Dunedin on Thursday night before a match-up against the Southland Sharks in Invercargill on Saturday.
