The Auckland Tuatara will play all nine of their 2023 Sal’s NBL home games at Eventfinda Stadium on Auckland’s North Shore.
2023 season memberships available now
The 2023 schedule has been confirmed and sees the 2022 finalists open the season on the road with a trip to Nelson to take on the Giants on Saturday April 8.
The first home game of the season is on Friday April 14 with the Taranaki Mountainairs coming to town.
Aaron Young’s side faces a tough road trip double header in round three – facing the Sharks in Invercargill on Friday April 21 before a clash with the Wellington Saints on Sunday April 23.
Round 4 sees the Tuatara head across town to play the Franklin Bulls in Pukekohe before returning home for a repeat of the 2022 grand final against the Otago Nuggets on Thursday May 4.
The Tuatara host the Hawke’s Bay Hawks on Saturday May 13 before heading south for a double header in round 7 where they play the Nuggets in Dunedin and Rams in Christchurch.
The Tuatara finish off May with a road trip to Palmerston North to play the Jets on Sunday May 28.
They host the Jets back at Eventfinda Stadium the following Saturday night in the first of four successive games at the venue. A return clash with the Bulls on Sunday June 11, and games against the Southland Sharks on Saturday June 17 and Nelson Giants on Saturday June 24 follow.
A trip to New Plymouth to take on the Airs on Thursday June 29 is followed by a home game against the Canterbury Rams on Sunday July 2 in a double header round 13.
Young’s side faces a challenging final away game against the Hawke’s Bay Hawks at Pettigrew Arena on Sunday July 9 before completing the regular season at home against the Saints on Sunday July 16.
