The Auckland Tuatara have brought in former league MVP and Tall Blacks forward Tom Vodanovich for the 2024 Sal’s NBL.

Vodanovich, who played for the Auckland Huskies in 2021 before a two-year stint with the Wellington Saints, returns to Auckland after putting pen to paper with the Tuatara.

He links up with former Breakers teammates Rob Loe and Cam Gliddon to give the Tuatara a championship-calibre look to their roster.

“I am delighted to join the Tuatara,” Vodanovich said. “I really enjoyed my time with the Huskies and obviously coach Aaron Young and a number of the players were involved with that group.

“Rob and Cam have told me about how well the club is run and what a great culture the place has so I can’t wait to link up with the group.”

Vodanovich is currently playing in the Philippines but is due to return to Auckland in time for the pre-season.
