The Auckland Tuatara have confirmed Mayfield Sportshouse in Glenfield as the official after party of Sal’s NBL home games at Eventfinda Stadium.
Within minutes of the stadium, Mayfield Sportshouse is passionate about sports and have come onboard as the host of the after match, with the team attending for post-game meals and a chance to interact with fans.
Mayfield Sportshouse is situated in Wairau Road, Wairau Junction and plays sports on multiple TV screens live and loud.
“We proudly sponsor local sports teams as it is a mutually beneficial relationship. We enjoy getting to know players and management to forge a long-standing association,” Mayfield Sportshouse’s Hilary Herd said.
“This will be our first season supporting local basketball and we look forward to hosting the Auckland Tuatara.”
Auckland Tuatara chief executive Regan Wood encouraged fans to head along to Mayfield Sportshouse after attending games.
“We will be heading to Mayfield Sportshouse after every home game at Eventfinda Stadium and we would love to see our fans head along too,” Wood said.
“We appreciate the support of Mayfield Sportshouse and look forward to relaxing there after games and mingling with fans.”
The Auckland Tuatara begins life in the Sal’s NBL with a home game this Saturday against the Taranaki Mountainairs from 7.30pm at Eventfinda Stadium.
