The second most capped Tuatara player of all-time Nick Barrow has signed on for a fourth Sal’s NBL season with the Auckland Tuatara in 2025 and is set to extend his number of games with the club.
Barrow, who has played in the League for over a decade, has been a fixture at the Tuatara since their inception in 2022 and is one of only two players to reach the 50-game milestone for the club (along with Rob Loe).
The veteran big man helped the club reach three successive Sal’s NBL grand finals and has committed to another season.
“Nick epitomises what it means to be a Tuatara player,” coach Cam Gliddon said.
“He is one of those players that everyone loves playing alongside and no one likes playing against. He is a tough and uncompromising big on the court and does his job without flair or fanfare. Off the court he is a consummate professional and respected by teammates, opponents and fans alike.
“We are stoked he has decided to come back for another season.”
Barrow joins a powerful Tuatara front court – partnering up with the likes of Rob Loe, Tom Vodanovich and Dan Fotu.
